Our team
Dan grew up on a dairy farm in Central Wisconsin and learned the value of hard work at a young age. Every Summer since he was born he would go to the family cabin West of Mincoqua and enjoy the Northwoods life at Mercer Lake. He has been in sales and marketing since a young age as he was a sales rep in college for a cellular company teaching people how to use smartphones and technology. Dan has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin and graduated in 2014.
In 2020, he moved up North full time after spending many entire Summer's operating businesses in the Northwoods, and managing campgrounds such as Sandy Beach Lake West of Manitowish Waters.
Dan earned his real estate license shortly after moving Up North while he was living on North Trout Lake and been an active agent for the past 5 years selling more than 6 million in volume in the past 3 years. He has earned his brokers license in 2024 in both Wisconsin and Michigan and opened Flying Eagle Realty LLC in January of 2025 with the main office in Manitowish Waters. His sales, digital marketing, lake front property expertise, use of modern technology and negotiation skills will prove to help you achieve your real estate goals.
Paul Weise has been an active real estate broker in Wisconsin for 45 years. He and his wife Martha have owned a home on Manitowish Lake since 1998 and used it as a vacation home since 2022 when they moved up from Milwaukee full-time.
He knows the chain extremely well and can help you buy or sell throughout Manitowish Waters and Vilas County.
Paul has real estate in his blood and has dealt with commercial real estate and large buildings in Milwaukee and even owned and operated the infamous Gas and Light building in North Milwaukee.
